Cancellation Policy

All PodLab Studios sessions require full payment at the time of booking. All payments act as a non refundable retainer to reserve studio time and remove that time from availability. Because this time cannot be resold once held, all retainers are non refundable.

PAYMENT POLICY
All sessions must be paid in full at the time of booking. Payment secures your reserved time and is required to confirm your session.

48+ HOURS NOTICE
If a session is canceled or rescheduled 48 hours or more before the scheduled start time, the client may reschedule once with no fee. No refund will be issued, but the full amount will be applied as studio credit toward a new date. The new session must be booked and used within 30 days.

24 TO 48 HOURS NOTICE
If a session is canceled between 24 and 48 hours before the scheduled start time, fifty percent of the session fee is forfeited. The remaining fifty percent may be used as studio credit toward a new booking within 30 days.

LESS THAN 24 HOURS OR NO SHOW
If a session is canceled less than 24 hours before the scheduled start time or the client does not show up, one hundred percent of the session fee is forfeited. No refunds, credits, or reschedules will be issued.

LATE ARRIVAL POLICY
Late arrivals do not extend session time. If a client is more than 15 minutes late, the lost time is still deducted from the scheduled session. If a client is more than 30 minutes late, PodLab Studios may cancel the session without refund.

EMERGENCY EXCEPTIONS
Emergency exceptions may be considered at the sole discretion of PodLab Studios for verified medical emergencies, family emergencies, severe weather, or power outages. Approval is not guaranteed.

AGREEMENT
By booking a session with PodLab Studios, you acknowledge and agree to this cancellation and rescheduling policy.
